Take a glass of milk. Add a pinch of turmeric to it. Add 2 crushed cashews and 2 almonds to it. Boil this mixture on low flame till milk reduces to half. Then drink it on cooling or sip it even hot.
This easy recipe helps a lot especially when you had a rain bath while returning from work. It takes out the tiredness and body pain away in no time, making you sleep like a baby.
Lemongrass ginger tea
Boil a cup of water at an 80% boiling point. Then add some lemongrass and ginger to it and let it steep for around 3 minutes covered with a lid.
